Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't the bunnies leave earlier than 8 weeks?
Although bunnies may begin to eat pellets, hay, or veggies at 3 or 4 weeks of age, these foods only serve as supplementary goods to the bunny's diet at that age and the bunny will still be largely dependent on the mother's milk for nutrition. While it may be possible that the bunny has adapted the new aspects of his/her diet enough that he/she may survive without his/her mother, if he/she leaves at that age, he/she will be at a large risk of dying prematurely -- perhaps as early as a couple days after leaving his mother. Furthermore, this early departure may leave the bunny susceptible to future infections and health problems in the future.

Although we have a For Sale tab on our website, this part of the site is generally used for the purpose of posting our senior bunnies that we are putting up for sale, or bunnies that are generally older than those we keep in the nest box. If customers are interested in getting younger bunnies, we typically post younger bunnies under the Nest Box tab of our site. We post bunnies that are as young as 2 weeks old under the Nest Box tab.

As of the moment, our rabbitry specializes in Netherland Dwarf bunnies. All of the bunnies that we have, sell, and breed in our rabbitry are purebred, pedigreed Netherland Dwarf bunnies.

Can we visit the rabbitry?
This question is answered on the "For Sale" tab of our site, underneath our Sales Policy. We have pasted our answer here for your convenience. Buyers are not permitted to enter the rabbitry. In our past experiences, people have touched and played with our bunnies. These people often left the bunnies injured and in a distraught state. People have also often poked fingers into the cages, causing rabbits to bite them, believing that they are being offered food. For the well-being and safety of or rabbits, and visitors, we hope you can respect our decisions. Thank You.
